Manuals, Forms & Permits
For any work being done within the TD Centre, the pertinent forms must be filled out and approved by TD Centre Management.
A Construction Permit is any electrical, mechanical or structural work.
A Service Permit is any non-electrical or mechanical work that takes less than 3 days to complete.

All Contractors:
a) Are subject to approval by the Landlord
b) Have union affiliation
c) Work performed by unionized trade personnel, that does not conflict with the work of other unionized trades, who are legally entitled to do by virtue of their collective agreement
d) Must be in good standing with the provincial Workers' Safety Insurance Board
e) Must utilized the base-building automation, mechanical, electrical and fire-alarm subcontractors for any approval work involving these trades
f) Must adhere to all Ontario Health & Safety regulations
g) Must have read Cadillac Fairview's asbestos policies and procedures
h) Must adhere to the Toronto-Dominion Centre's Construction Manual
i) Must have a valid $5 million insurance
