TDC Green
Tenant Engagement
Toronto-Dominion Centre conducted a survey of tenants in its quest to establish a Green Council. Based on this feedback, three main objectives were identified:
i) Alignment with tenant’s green programs
ii) Awareness of sustainable initiatives being undertaken at the TD Centre
iii) Need for a robust communication strategy
In response, the TD Centre has engaged the consulting services of HOK to facilitate and deliver a tenant engagement strategy through its Occupant Engagement Program™ to link all TD Centre and tenant sustainable initiatives & elements.
We look forward to working with all of our tenants to ensure constant and consistent opportunities for engagement.

TD CENTRE'S GREEN AT WORK™ PROGRAM:
TD Centre is proud to be part of the Cadillac Fairview's national GREEN AT WORK™ strategy, which sets operational benchmarks for all Cadillac Fairview properties.
Our GREEN AT WORK™ strategy will focus our efforts at TD Centre on five environmental pillars: Energy, Waste Management, Environmental Protection, Sustainable Procurement and Communication.
