Tenant Energy Monitoring
As part of our ongoing commitment and dedication to environmental issues and programs, TD Centre is pleased to be one of the first properties to offer Energy Monitoring to our tenancies.
Through Carma Smart Metering, tenants are able to access their electricity consumption information in real time via a web interface. This allows tenants to better understand and manage their energy consumption profiles in an effort to help reduce tenant energy costs and carbon footprints.
